I haven't played this game in a while and I've been unable to figure out how to build the. 1. essentially clear a zone use the deploy capture truck via air drop (hopefully will add a transport plane/C130 )on the right side capture area then deploy your CERC then spawn more in to capture more zones. The territories still show as owned.
